12A. Maintenance of register in Form XVI.

Every employer or person shall, in addition to the accounts and documents referred to in sub-section (1) of section 15, keep and maintain a true and up-to-date accounts and records relating to disbursement of salaries and wages including allowances in respect of his employees or workers in a register in Form XVI.
